Procedure for permanently erasing your Ferientiger user account and data

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can permanently delete your Ferientiger account and all associated personal data directly within the mobile application at any time:

  1. Open the Ferientiger App on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning prompt and confirm by selecting [YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT].

2. Account Deletion Confirmation Warning

You are about to permanently delete your account.

  • Your personal data will be deleted from our systems (except where retention is legally required).
  • Your in-app preferences and records will be lost.
  • If you re-register with the same email address you will be treated as a NEW user.
  • This action CANNOT be undone.

3. Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your mobile device, you can request account deletion by emailing our data protection team from your registered email address:

Subject: “Account Deletion Request”

We will verify your identity and finalize the deletion within 7 business days in accordance with GDPR and KVKK requirements.
