Explicit Consent Declaration

Preamble & Voluntary Participation

This Declaration defines the scope of voluntary explicit consent that Percon Bilişim Çözümleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. requests from users of the Ferientiger mobile application and website.

Important: Giving or withholding consent for any item below is entirely voluntary. Declining any option does not affect your ability to use the core holiday planning tools and calendar features.

1. Personalized Advertising Consent

I consent to Ferientiger processing my device advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), coarse IP-derived location, and in-app interaction events via Google Ireland Ltd. and ad partners for personalized ad serving, including transfers to servers in the EU and USA.

2. App Usage Analytics Consent

I consent to the collection and processing of diagnostic and performance metrics (session data, screen interactions, crash logs, device model) through Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4 for error detection and UX improvement.

3. Marketing & Feature Notifications

I consent to receiving email notifications or in-app push messages from Ferientiger regarding calendar updates, bridge-day opportunities, or seasonal features.

4. Optional Profile Picture Consent

If voluntarily uploaded: I consent to processing of my image solely for local display on my own device. No facial recognition or biometric scanning is performed.

5. International Data Transfers (USA)

I consent to the transfer of data to US servers as part of cloud hosting and Google infrastructure under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Right of Revocation

You may revoke any consent choice at any time with future effect via the in-app settings ("Settings > Privacy Preferences") or by emailing info@percon.com.
