3. Sensitive Personal Information
Ferientiger does not collect date of birth, precise geolocation (GPS), private residential addresses, telephone numbers, or sensitive data under Art. 9 GDPR. If you voluntarily upload content to the profile picture area, it is processed solely on the basis of your separate explicit consent.
4. Your Choices & Rights
- Consent Management: Managed via in-app Privacy Settings or the website cookie banner.
- Access, Deletion, Rectification & Portability: Submit an email request to info@percon.com.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
5. Retention
